The Trois Moineaux adventure began in a LaSalle garage in the fall of 2015. At this time, Louis had no idea that his dream of making wine from Niagara fruit at home would occur so quickly.
Our Approach
Born from the shared passion of three epicurean friends for wine and the winemaking region of Niagara, Trois Moineaux wines express the terroir from which they come.
