Visionary and passionate about Niagara wines, Louis had the chance to work with a Canadian winemaking master, Thomas Bachelder. Under his mentorship, Louis discovered the foundations of winemaking in a cool climate region. Always up for wine tasting and infinitely curious, Louis learned the basics of his trade as a merchant by reading books about home winemaking and visiting vineyards. Louis is the Director of Sales and Marketing for a flagship winery in Quebec called Coteau Rougemont. He loves tacos.
Francis is the head chef of the team and is a professional restaurateur and marketing specialist. He enjoys creating wine and food pairings. His extensive knowledge of foods and flavours allows him to transform traditional recipes by adding his own unique flair.
