Acceptance of conditions

These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on Les Trois Moineaux’s website. The validation of the order of a product offered on Les Trois Moineaux ’s website implies your express acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without this acceptance requiring your handwritten signature

Purchase

Purchases are effective from the date of receipt of payment. Any purchase assumes full adherence to these general conditions of sale. From the moment the Buyer has registered his order, he is considered to have accepted, knowingly and without reservation, these general conditions of sale, the prices, volumes and quantities of the products offered for sale and ordered.

Once your method of payment has been selected, you must proceed to payment for your order, which firmly and definitively formalizes the sales contract with Les Trois Moineaux . We reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment for a previous order.

Price

The sale prices of the products are indicated in CAN $ exclusive of tax and are those in effect at the time of the purchase order registration by the purchaser.
 
The selling prices of the products can be modified at any time. This change will be notified to the Buyer before any order. However, the price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price.

Delivery clause, timeline ant method

Les Trois Moineaux cannot guarantee a delivery time since it is dealing with an external delivery service. Products purchased on the site can be delivered between 10 to 14 days after purchasing them online

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final unless a product is flawed or corked. The flawed or corked product must be returned within 15 days for an exchange or a refund, according to your request. You must return the unfinished portion of the product to us for an exchange. We cannot accept any return of a product that is not corked or flawed by law. We cannot replace or refund a wine that is damaged by weather conditions during delivery or a product that is ordered by mistake. To make an exchange, you must contact Les Trois Moineaux who will tell you how to return your item

To reflect changes in the services we offer, technological changes and changing laws, this online shopping policy may change without notice over time. We may add, modify or remove segments from the online shopping policy when we deem it necessary. We encourage you to periodically review our online shopping policy.
