The Trois Moineaux adventure began in a LaSalle garage in the fall of 2015. At this time, Louis had no idea that his dream of making wine from Niagara fruit at home would occur so quickly.

After some deliberation and carefully tasting Louis's homemade wines, Louis convinced Jean-Sebastien and Francis to join him in the creation of Trois Moineaux. For us, wine brings people together is synonymous with sharing and conviviality!

Our logo is inspired by the saying ''in strength''. Three sparrows together are much stronger than one in the image of the tale.

Our wines have been available for private import in Quebec since November 2019.
