Return of our liter of thirst ™, the Shoemaker 2021.
Always so refreshing, this bright new cuvée expresses itself in the continuity of the 2020 with its charming aromas of peach lemonade with a touch of invigorating funk.
We have added Gewurztraminer, Riesling and Chardonnay which bring tone and a spicy character to the 80% Vidal which makes up the majority of the cuvée.
Our grapes come from the Quinton Jenkins vineyard which works in organic farming (not certified) this wine is unfiltered and unfined, it has completed its fermentation using natural yeasts and we have added a minimum dose of SO2 to bottling to preserve its invigorating aromas.
