Our Cabernet Franc is an elegant and fragrant representation of this noble grape variety, it draws its character from the clay-limestone soil of the Foxcroft Vineyard of the Wismer family, on the Niagara Escarpment. We use indigenous yeasts and we age our wines in neutral barrels to let the terroir express itself. Our Cabernet Franc shows a fruity character whose radiance reflects the generous 2018 vintage. Red fruits, rose, violet and vegetal notes such as pepper make up its rich aromatic profile.
